SMS PROGRAM NAME AND DESCRIPTION

By opting in, users may receive SMS messages related to account activity, appointment reminders, workflow notifications, support responses, system updates, and service-related follow-ups. Messages are operational and informational in nature.

Message frequency varies based on account activity and user interaction.

OPT-IN CONSENT

By providing your mobile number and opting in, you consent to receive text messages from Studio Escrow related to the services described above. Consent is not a condition of purchase.

OPT-OUT INSTRUCTIONS

You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Simply text STOP to the shortcode or number from which you received the message. Upon sending STOP, you will receive a confirmation message confirming your unsubscribe status. After confirmation, you will no longer receive SMS messages from Studio Escrow.

REJOINING INSTRUCTIONS

If you have previously opted out and wish to rejoin the SMS program, you may opt in again through the original sign-up method, account settings, or by submitting a new opt-in request. Once re-enrolled, SMS communications will resume.
